- Replacement of Activated Carbon Block:
- Replace the activated carbon block after approximately 1500 Litres or four months, whichever is earlier to ensure the best filtration and purification.
- To replace; twist and pull the existing activated carbon block from the top container, then take the new activated carbon block and twist it into the connector.
- Replacement of Multi-stage Filter:
- Replace the multi-stage Filter after up to 5000 Litres or four months, whichever is earlier.
- To uninstall the Filter, rotate it anticlockwise carefully and remove the same.
- Please refer to installation step no. 3.2 for installing Multi-Stage Filter again.
- Do's and Donts:
SS Gravity Filter has been specially designed to give you microbiologically safe water if the system SS Gravity Filter is used as prescribed in this manual. Listed below are the precautions you must take to ensure the best filtration and purification.
DO'S:
- Ensure hygienic conditions by keeping the top container and tap clean.
- Separate the Activated Charcoal Block when washing the top container.
- Maintain cleanliness around and beneath the purifier.
- Keep all components out of reach of children and place the purifier on a flat surface.
- Avoid tilting the top container to prevent water leakage.
- Shift the purifier only when both containers are empty to avoid leaks.
- Ensure the nut in the top container is tightly secured.
- Use freshly purified water for drinking.
DON'TS:
- Clean the purifier as per the provided instructions, avoiding the use of soap or detergent.
- Avoid introducing germs into the chambers or tap while cleaning.
- Rinse the top container with purified water and let it air dry.
- Do not pour boiling or cold water into the purifier.
- Do not pour hot water directly from an overhead tank.
- Purchase only from authorized sources.
- Avoid exposure to fire.
- Prevent dropping or fracturing the components.
- Avoid chemical fluids when the transparent chamber is full.
- Do not use expired (Multi-Stage Filter) kits.
- Keep the purifier away from direct sunlight to prevent algae growth.
- Use water intended for drinking and avoid contaminated sources.
- Do not use the purifier for filtering beverages, alcohol, or stored water beyond two days.
- Do not drop any of the components or the purifier from a height. This may cause the components to fracture or break, and the guarantee of getting safe water will no longer be valid.1
- Do not put any chemical fluid if the transparent chamber is full; please do not fill the water in the top chamber, otherwise, it may cause it to overflow.
- Do not use the (Multi-Stage Filter) KIT after expiry i.e. post twelve months from the date of packaging.
- Do not keep the SS Gravity Filter in direct sunlight as it may trigger the growth of algae if input water is significantly contaminated.
- Do not use water not intended for drinking in SS Gravity Filter e.g., from abandoned or abused water bodies or water sources in which human or animal industrial wastes are disposed of, or water that is excessively acidic or alkaline or from river, pond, and swimming pool.
- Do not use this purifier to filter the beverages and alcohol.
- Water stored for more than two days should not be consumed.
8.Disclaimer:
- This product is specifically designed for use with tap water supplied by the local water authority. It is not suitable for filtering rainwater, river water, pond water, or any other alternative water sources. Proper and regular cleaning of the filter is essential to ensure its longevity, and it is the user's responsibility to perform this maintenance.
- The warranty does not cover any physical damage incurred during use, similar to other products available in the market. Please note that the warranty is limited and valid for a duration of one year from the date of purchase.
- Please be advised that once the lower tank is full, it is imperative not to continue filling the upper tank, as doing so may result in leakage.
Simple Deals generally offer a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with
extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period. Please notify Simple Deals within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed
description, we ask you to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty or return process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted
to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return an item without our approval. We will issue you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) that will include an address for shipping. We ship
from multiple warehouses so please do not return an item to the address on the parcel. We will provide the correct return address when the RMA is issued. To make a claim or return an item, we ask you to describe the issue precisely
and provide some evidence to support your claim, and advise whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit. Refunds generally take up to 2 working days to process, upon receipt of returned goods (unless advised
by us a return is not required) and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days for your financial institution to process it. A refund or replacement will not be provided
if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. Where an order is custom made the item is NON-RETURNABLE unless supplied
incorrectly by us or has a manufacturing defect / warranty issue. We thank you as by co-operating with our procedure we can ensure an easy return or warranty claim process.
Please take care when placing orders. Customer service is our highest priority however we process large volumes of orders every day and
due to the nature of our automation in most cases we are unable to stop an order shipping once the order is placed.
Cancellations of "pay over time" orders may incur a cancellation fee as some providers do not refund merchant fees. We only charge the amount we are charged.
For your protection we offer free transit insurance on all orders. Should your item arrive damaged please let us know so we can provide you with the claims procedure.
Returns of larger items can be very expensive so please choose carefully. We are here to help with any questions you may have prior to ordering.
Due to some carrier restrictions there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please do not place an order if you are located in one of the postcodes below for all items. Please scroll down to bottom of page to check bulky item over 22kg (in dead weight or cubic weight) postcode exclusions. We try to ship all orders within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days. (This is more common in peak periods) Once you receive your tracking information most courier tracking sites will provide an ETA for delivery. We are unable to offer express or air shipping currently.

You're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if:
